H&H Speak Up
We have established a whistleblowing system named “HH Speak Up”, to offer multiple ways for all team members to speak up on misconduct.
As misconduct can have a negative effect on our work environment and the Company’s reputation, and even cause economic loss, H&H Group has no tolerance for any misconduct of any team members, service providers or business partners.
H&H Group takes whistle-blowing very seriously and will review all reports and initiate an investigation where possible. Reports are completely confidential and those reporting are not required to reveal their identity until they choose to do so.
Our whistle-blowing service
To ensure that whistle-blowing messages are handled independently and fairly, we have engaged Qin Li Law Firm (member of the Deloitte Legal* global network) to provide our whistle-blowing service, including the hotlines, emails and websites for reporting, and receive the reports firsthand before delivering them to Global Internal Audit Department.

The system is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:
- Abuse of Influence
- Bribery / Corruption
- Breach of Policy / Procedure
- Conflict of Interest
- Fraud
- Theft
- Other Unethical Behaviours or Misconduct
- Non-compliance with WHO Code and H&H Responsible Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes Policy
The type of information you need to provide when reporting a suspected incidence of misconduct should include:
- Names of people involved;
- Names of any witnesses (if applicable);
- Date, time and location of incident(s);
- Details of any proof;
- Money or assets involved;
- How often the incident has happened.
This service is confidential and you will not be required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so. You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation. Personal details and information provided to HH Speak Up would only be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities with your consent, or as required to meet applicable, laws, rules and regulations.
