H&H Group completes USD 540 million loan drawdown

H&H Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of a USD 540 million term loan and the full prepayment of term loan due in June 2025. With this key refinancing step, the Group has fulfilled its refinancing objectives for 2024, showcasing its commitment to proactively managing upcoming debt maturities.

The term loan incorporates a sustainability-linked component, further enhancing the Group's ESG credentials in the global family nutrition and wellness sector, reinforcing its commitment to positively impact the lives of millions of people and their pets while advancing H&H's vision of healthier, happier futures. It emphasises the Group's resolve to responsible business practices, with a focus on three key areas: transitioning to renewable energy, advancing sustainable packaging, and ensuring its suppliers set emissions reduction targets in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Jason Wang, Chief Financial & Operations Officer at H&H Group, comments, "Completing this drawdown and prepayment strengthens our financial foundation while reaffirming our commitment to sustainable financing. The transaction not only supports our strategic priorities but also reflects our proactive approach to managing debt maturities. The sustainability-linked feature highlights our focus on environmental progress, ensuring our business practices deliver long-term value for our stakeholders."

Pascale Laborde, Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer at H&H Group, adds, "At H&H, we are committed to driving meaningful change for our stakeholders and the planet. Our sustainability-linked loan underscores our dedication to embedding ESG goals in our growth strategy. By supporting the shift to renewable energy, engaging suppliers, and increasing recycled materials, we hold ourselves accountable to benefit our communities, our consumers, and the environment—now and for the future."

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Breast milk is best for babies. It provides the optimal balance of nutrition and protection for healthy growth and development of infants. Exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months is the best way to feed your baby. After that, infants should receive complementary foods alongside continued breastfeeding until at least 2 years of age or older. Introducing partial bottle feeding could negatively affect breastfeeding and make it difficult to return to breastfeeding. Good maternal nutrition is important for successful breastfeeding. Social and financial implications should be considered when choosing a feeding method. Professional advice should be followed before using an infant formula. Infant formula should always be used as directed. Proper use of formula is crucial for the health of the infant. Always consult your healthcare professional for feeding advice. Always read the label.
